Ashley Butterworth signs!

Stocksbridge Park Steels have signed Ashley Butterworth from Brighouse Town.

The 23-year-old midfielder spent last season with our NPL East rivals Brighouse, making 36 appearances and scoring one goal. He also spent time dual registered with Frickley. Previously, Butterworth has played for Heanor Town and West Bridgeford.

Butterworth comes in looking to start more often and will get a chance to shine in the Steels midfield.
