The draws for the FA Cup, FA Trophy and other FA Competitions have been made this lunch time. Steels will be looking for a up turn in their FA Cup luck as it’s still a competition we’ve yet to win in under Hilton. This seasons FA Cup journey for us starts on the 21st of August against the winners of either Handsworth or AFC Mansfield. Should we get though this game we will win £1,444.
In the FA Trophy where we have always done well in under Hilton we kick off with a home game against in the 2nd qualifying round in October against the winners of Widnes and Brighouse Town. The winners receive £1500.
Both are excellent fixtures.
Our Youth team will start their FA Youth Cup with a trip to Silsden week commencing 30th August
