Gareth Curtis leaves for Clipstone

Gareth Curtis has left Stocksbridge Park Steels and has signed for Clipstone.
Curtis signed for the Steels this summer as part of the large influx of players Ian Richards brought in during his first summer in charge of the club. He moved from Sherwood Colliery where he had scored 17 goals last season.
He had performed well this season, scoring three goals and leading the clubs assist charts with three efforts. He earned a Man of the Match performance against Dunston on the opening day of the Northern Premier League East season thanks to brace which helped Stocksbridge to win that match 3-2.
His stay at Bracken Moor will be just a short one though as he has completed a move to United Counties League side Clipstone. We would like to wish him the best in his future endeavours.
