Liam McFadyen departs on loan

Liam McFadyen has signed for Handsworth on loan from Stocksbridge Park Steels.
The veteran defender is highly regarded at the club and has been at the club for eight years after signing for the Steels in 2018. He followed Chris Hilton to the club from Worsborough Bridge and has recently served as the club captain.
McFadyen will now move on loan to Handsworth, following fellow defender Rob Ludlam who also joined the South Sheffield side earlier in the month.
Manager had this to say “Liam has been excellent as club captain and as a player since we arrived. Unfortunately, his game time has been inconsistent, therefore we’ve made the joint decision for him to get regular minutes at Handsworth FC on a short term loan.”
