More on Town Awards

After several conversations at last night’s match, I would like to share the plans for the funds that have been awarded to the Football Club and that we are so grateful to accept, firstly I want to make it clear, the monies are not going towards anything other than ground improvements.

The Club will be completing a full change to the layout of the Entrance into the ground and the terrace at the Bracken Moor end.

This will make the ground accessible for all, including designated areas for wheelchair users.

The funds will be used to make a legacy for the club to be able to share its home, with the community it is reaching out to, we appreciate Football is not everyone’s sport, but it’s still a game that can knit Towns and communities together, we want to be that hub, we want you to visit and enjoy a great match day experience.

Stocksbridge wants to encourage more people to visit and support local businesses, as a Football Club we are a business that wants to be a part of the plans, and vision of the Town.

A lot of people have never been to the ground, some unaware Stocksbridge has such a good Football Club.
