Stocksbridge Park Steels league fixtures have been released for the upcoming season. The league gets under way on the 19th of September with a home fixture against Kidsgrove Athletic. Then unless anything is arranged our next fixture is away at local rivals Sheffield FC on 29/9.
The festive season see us play a derby on Boxing Day at home against Frickley Athletic and then New Years Day is away at the closet team to us Glossop North End. Easter sees the return fixture at Frickley on Easter Monday then home game against Sheffield the following Saturday. Steels close out the season with an away trip at Loughborough Dynamo on 8/5.
All this is subject to change. With cup games, bad weather and this year the potential of local lockdowns and clubs being under 14 day quarantine if anyone in the squad gets Covid. This is promising to be an interesting time for players and supporters a like.
