Steels Sign Grierson

Stocksbridge Park Steels have completed the signing of Dan Grierson from Chesterfield.

The young defender, who can also play in midfield, has been a regular part of the Chesterfield U21s for the last couple of years. He has also featured for Staveley Miners Welfare, playing for them last season. He had played in the Staveley youth system, winning tournaments with them as a boy.

Now though following a successful trial with the club, Grierson will be staying with the Steels and playing for us in the coming season. He’ll look to join a long line of young talents at the club who have continued to improve while playing at Bracken Moor.
