Stocksbridge Park Steels complete youth loan for Charlie Wood

Stocksbridge Park Steels have completed a one month loan deal for Bradford City’s Charlie Wood.

The 21-year-old attacking midfielder has already picked up a decent amount of non-league experience in his career. He spent part of last season at Ossett United where he scored in the 3-2 win over Tadcaster Albion. Most recently, he played in the Northern Premier League Premier Division where he featured 13 times for Guiseley this season. He also featured as a substitute for Bradford in a Papa John’s Trophy match against Oldham Athletic in 2020.

Following the end of Wood’s loan deal at Guiseley in October, he will now be signing for the Steels. He’ll be in the squad for tonight’s game against Long eaton United.
