Stocksbridge sign Bailey Baker

Stocksbridge Park Steels have completed the signing of Bailey Tye Baker.

The 19-year-old right-back has already gained some experience at non-league level having gained just under 30 appearances with spells at Lincoln United and Spalding. He has gained most of his experience with the Barnsley Shadow Academy, playing alongside Alex O’Connor and Jack Tinker. While playing for them, he won the U23s Manager’s Award and won the league with them.

After playing on trial for the Steels, Baker signed with the club before our match against Emley last night. Now he’ll be with the club for the forthcoming season.
