Stocksbridge sign Morris

Stocksbridge Park Steels have signed James Morris following his release from Matlock Town.
The forward may be familiar to Stocksbridge fans having played for the Steels in 2019 under Chris Hilton, when he made six appearances for the Steels. He also had a loan spell with Frickley Athletic. He would then cross the Atlantic on a scholarship to play for the Seattle University Redhawks, where he was the captain.
Morris signed for Matlock this summer following a successful trial but left the club as part of the changes following a new investor and new manager. He now links up with the Steels and we look forward to him making his debut.
