Townrow Signs from Grantham

Hot on the heals of the signing of Whelan, we are pleased to announce that center back Keegan Townrow has signed for us from league rivals Grantham Town and goes straight into the squad for tomorrows home game against Cleethorpes Town.

Keegan started life at Doncaster Rovers and has played for Tamworth, Boston Town (loan) and most recently Grantham Town. Ian Richards had this to say on his signing:

He is a positive signing – young, eager to learn and improve, great attitude and commitment. He will provide depth and quality to our defensive options. He has experience at this level with Grantham Town, and started his career at Doncaster Rovers. Both him and Leigh will go straight into our squad for tomorrow.
